How can antibody discovery programs efficiently interrogate – and yield antibodies from – different types of B-cells, each with different properties, and each requiring different screening methods? The latest research through our multipath discovery platform Cellestive™ points at some intriguing options.
As we share in our poster presentation unveiled at AET 2025, two elements are proving to be especially critical in successfully interrogating single B-cells: A new screening system for antibody-secreting B-cells and a high-throughput rapid recombinant antibody expression system. When paired with our hybridoma and memory-cell interrogation methods, we can isolate antigen-specific antibodies from all relevant B-cell populations: activated, memory, and plasma.
We invite you to download our poster that details our latest research study, spotlighting how we exploited the three major subtypes of antigen-specific B-cells in Ab discovery to generate a broad diversity of unique candidates.
