Antibody Solutions at PEGS Boston 2026

At PEGS Boston 2026 from May 11-15, you'll find John Kenney, PhD, and Josh Lowitz at Booth #309 ready and eager to talk through the ins and outs of your newest antibody challenges.

We always enjoy participating in PEGS, and we’re particularly excited about the luncheon presentation we’re sharing on Wednesday, May 13 at 11:40 a.m.: A binder is not enough: Combining antibody discovery and engineering through Cellestive™. In this talk, John Kenney, our president & CEO, will discuss the ways in which antibody discovery has become increasingly complex — and, more specifically, how Antibody Solutions has harnessed its Cellestive antibody discovery platform to navigate these challenges and deliver multiple antibody candidates for multiple downstream antibody formats.

In addition to John’s talk, on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 12, Josh will present our latest poster: Unlocking the Full Potential of Rabbit Monoclonal Antibodies with Cellestive™. We know that rabbits generate diverse, high-affinity antibodies by leveraging gene conversion, providing an antibody repertoire distinct from rodents and humans. However, rabbit monoclonal antibodies have been difficult to immortalize via hybridoma technology. In addition, display methodologies often result in the loss of cognate heavy and light chain pairing, while traditional B-cell screening methods can miss certain B-cell subsets and be cost-prohibitive.

To address these challenges, our Cellestiveplatform utilizes a robust immunization protocol and enables screening of multiple B-cell subsets. Thousands of antigen-specific B cells can be identified and sequenced, and antibodies can be rapidly expressed and evaluated for target specificity, affinity, and developability. Using Antibody Solutions’ Cellestive platform can unlock the discovery of anti-idiotype and phosphorylation-specific rabbit monoclonal antibodies, as well as antibodies to enzymes and highly conserved targets, supporting multiple assays including PK, ADA, IHC, Western, and analysis of cell signaling pathways.
