Rabbits possess an incredible immune trick called gene conversion, allowing them to generate ultra-diverse, high-affinity antibodies that leave mice and humans in the dust. The catch? Actually capturing those antibodies has historically been a nightmare. Traditional hybridomas are notoriously unstable , while phage display breaks the natural heavy/light chain pairing you actually want.

Unveiled at PEGS 2026, our newest study demonstrates how the integrated Cellestive™ platform bridges the gap between single B-cell screening and rapid expression. By deploying AgFACS for surface-expressing Memory B-cells and the xPloration microcapillary array for antibody-secreting Plasma cells, we can now map the entire target-specific landscape without losing natural chain pairings.
